SHIPPING COST
Shipping cost is HUF 590 in Hungary!
WE DELIVER ABROAD TOO!
The cost is between HUF 7,000 - 11,000 = EUR 18 - 28 depending on the country!
When ordering, select 'Europe' delivery. This includes Transylvania, Romania, Slovakia, Austria, Germany, Great Britain, etc... :)
DELIVERY TIME
BUSINESS DAY = working day (weekdays excluding holidays)
EXISTING COLLECTION ITEMS: 5-7 business days
Products chosen from the samples of the collection will be delivered to the specified address within a maximum of 7 business days.
CUSTOM EMBROIDERIES: 5-10 business days
Ordering custom embroideries is a more complex process: It begins with the redesign of your photo by our graphic designer, followed by the making of the design plan to exactly reflect what You want. This takes about 3-4 days, sometimes longer if you want to change some aspects.
We then digitize the pattern with a special software into a form which the embroidery machine can read. Depending on the complexity and size of the design, this process takes about an additional 2 days, so the finished package usually takes up to 10 business days to be delivered to the specified address.
ORDERING IN BULK: Consultation required
If the number of items you order is more than 2, in addition to the visual designs, it is also possible to do a test embroidery to make sure that the quality of the embroidery and the overall appearance of the chosen product is sufficient for You. In this case, the order fulfillment time is about 7-10 business days. If the number of ordered items exceeds 5, we will always discuss the expected delivery time with you.
In case of possible delays, we will provide immediate information by e-mail and/or phone!
When delivering abroad, the delivery time will naturally take longer, but we will keep you informed about the progress and status of the delivery through the whole process.
SHIPPING METHODS
Home delivery
Within Hungary, MPL carries out delivery. If the first attempt at delivery is unsuccessful, the delivery person of the MPL courier service will leave a notification for you and then deliver the package again on the next business day. After that, you have another 5 business days of storage time at your disposal, so that you can comfortably collect the shipment at the specified Post Office.
PAYMENT INFORMATION
Orders can only be processed and prepared after payment has been received!In any case, you will find the issued invoice in your e-mails, which we will send as soon as we have mailed your package.
You can choose from several payment methods:
Credit card payment
The secure bank card payment interface of the Hímzőshop web store is provided by Stripe. You will receive an immediate confirmation of the successful transaction. If you want to pay the easy way, choose the bank card option!
Bank Transfer
If you feel more comfortable arranging the payment through your own online bank, no problem! Don't forget to enter your full name and order number in the reference field.
