Our Mother-Daughter business was founded in the summer of 2020, which has currently grown into a company of 8 people, and we are looking for our future key team member who can help in production.

We create premium quality unique embroideries for individuals and companies, on any garment or textile, with the highest precision.

The position is very varied, as we do not embroider in mass production, but mostly individual designs. Our target audience buys from us for personalized gifts, so you will come across heartwarming personal stories countless times during production!

The use of the embroidery machine itself does not require specialist knowledge, we will teach you how to use it, but there are cases when it is necessary to open the sleeves of a sweater and sew them back, or to repair them in a 1-1 pattern - for this reason, it is necessary to be able to operate a sewing machine.

- Preparing the garment, framing, putting on vetex paper

- Machine embroidery of the garment with Brother PR680W and Brother PR1055X embroidery machines (6-needle and 10-needle industrial machines)

- Setting the position and colors of the pattern on the LCD touch screen of the embroidery machine

- Selecting thread colors identical to the pattern and placing them on the machine

- Cleaning finished embroidery, cutting off protruding threads

- Ironing, fluffing and packaging of the finished garment

Time and place of work:

- During the 1-month trial period, 6 hours a day, from Monday to Friday, e.g. From 10:30 to 16:30, flexible, can be changed

- From the second month, you can also choose 8 hours a day, from Monday to Friday

- It is possible to work overtime on weekdays and weekends

- You will have your own key to the office, which is located in the 1st district of Budapest, a few hundred meters from Batthyány Square

- Public transport is excellent, and miraculously there is always a parking space. Cafes, restaurants nearby, Parliament view from the street!

- The office is in new condition, has a spacious kitchen + dining table, bathroom with shower and a lockable room where production takes place.

- The production room has a corner sofa and TV, as well as a large table with chairs.

Our goal is to be able to offer our future colleagues the most comfortable environment, where you can enjoy your everyday life!

During your trial period, you will work with me, and mostly my mother will teach you the ins and outs of embroidery!

A total of 2-4 people will work in the office:

- You as a manufacturer

- the administrative staff member who speaks with our clinics

- the graphic designer (not every day)

- and I, who immediately resolve any problems that arise and try to make your work run more smoothly!

Payment:

• During the trial period (30 hours a week, 6 hours a day): HUF 180,000 net / month
• After a trial period (30 hours a week, 6 hours a day): net HUF 220,000- 400,000 / month (performance basis)
• After a trial period (45 hours a week, 8 hours a day) net HUF 250,000- 500,000 / month (performance base)
