Wrong size?

ATTENTION!

We can only exchange the products of the collections on the webshop at a favorable price. In this case, you only have to pay the postage twice, the price of which is HUF 4,400.

If you ordered a custom pattern embroidery, please contact us and we will find the best way for you to receive the new one!

 

Changed your mind?

If for some reason you have changed your mind about the purchased product(s), you can return it to us within 14 days of the delivery of the package, in the event that your order is not "custom embroidery".

In accordance with Section 1 point c of the Government Decree 29, we cannot guarantee repayment:

  • In the case of a non-pre-manufactured product, which was produced based on the instructions or at the express request of the Customer;

  • In the case of a product that has been clearly tailored to the Customer's personality , in this case the Customer cannot exercise the right of withdrawal (e.g. in the case of the production of a t-shirt, bag, etc. with a unique pattern / embroidered inscription);

  • In the case of a product that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, cannot be returned after being opened after delivery.

We would like to draw your attention to the fact that, for reasons of hygiene and health, we only take back clothing, masks and towels if the product has not been used, i.e. the packaging is undamaged and unopened.

Example
You ordered the 'Nairobi' t-shirt product from the LA CASA DE PAPEL collection , but in the end you changed your mind. In this case, due to hygiene reasons, we can only refund the purchase price if you have not opened the package and you indicate your request in writing to us within 14 days of receipt, and then return the package intact. As soon as the package arrives back to us, we will refund the purchase price to the account number from which you paid or which you indicated in writing in advance. We cannot reimburse the return postage.

Error with the product?

The embroidery machine works on the basis of a pre-programmed digital file, but sometimes it may perform stitches differently on different textiles. That is why the visual images shown in the online store can sometimes differ from reality. Of course, we prepare all orders, so it cannot happen that we mail out a faulty product. Nevertheless, we are sorry if the product was not to your liking!

In this case, the purchase can be canceled up to 14 days from the date of receipt, and we will reimburse the full price of the cost - except for the delivery fee - if the product is not a product ordered under the name of "custom embroidery".

We can make a refund in the following way:
  • A detailed explanation of the problem with the product and
  • Attached is 1 photo and 1 video of the problem.
After reviewing your complaint, we will refund the entire purchase price, but you will be responsible for the return shipping fee.

If 14 days have passed since the purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund, but our team will work with you to find another solution!
